SHIPPING & RETURNS

USA: Free ground shipping. We accept unused items purchased from kristiinataylor.com within 30 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders (excluding sale or promotional items). Orders postmarked after the 30 days are eligible for a store credit only. A restocking fee of $12 is deducted from the return total amount. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Sale and promotional items are final sale.

INTL: Free international shipping over 150USD. For orders under 150USD we charge a flat rate 25USD fee for shipping. International orders are subject to be flagged in customs for the collection of duties and tax on imports. In this case, shipping time can be significantly delayed and any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to country restrictions, we do not ship to Italy.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

We want you to absolutely love your item. If you don't, we accept returns and exchanges on all our unworn and unused items. Returns are charged a $12.00 restocking fee. Sale and promotional items are final sale.

Items that have been used will be returned at the buyer’s expense. Due to abuse by past customers, a zipper broken upon arrival will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. We do not accept "refused" returns. Any orders shipped back as "refused" will be charged to the customer. Sale and promotional items are NOT eligible for return. Gift cards are final sale and NOT redeemable for cash.

HOLIDAY RETURNS: Items purchased after November 15 must be returned by January 15 in order to receive a full refund. Items with tags removed and that show any wear will not be accepted for a return. 

If an order arrives damaged, you can contact us at kristiinataylor@gmail.com. The order will need to be returned to our studio for inspection.

Please contact us prior to shipping back your goods by emailing kristiinataylor@gmail.com or use the form below. (Kristiina Taylor is owned and operated by a military spouse and our shipping address may have changed.) From there, we will send you easy return instructions. Upon receipt, returns are processed within the next few business days back to the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal).
